After years in the insurance industry handling claims, supporting customers, and keeping complex admin running smoothly, I discovered a real passion for building relationships and helping people succeed. What I also knew was the importance of work life balance, and I wanted to channel that into something that made a real difference for other businesses.
So I created my VA business to live life on my own terms. Four years and 17 countries later, I've worked from clifftops in Portugal, lakesides in Slovenia, and everywhere in between. That journey proved that great work doesn't need a traditional office.
Now based in South Wales, I'm on a mission to give that same freedom to you. A virtual assistant (or VA) handles the tasks that take up your time but don't need to be done by you personally. That could be anything from managing your inbox and organising documents to writing newsletters and setting up client onboarding. I work remotely, so there's no need for office space or equipment on your end.
My rate starts from £30 per hour. I offer flexible options including pay as you go, monthly retainers, and project based pricing depending on what works best for you. We'll figure out the right setup during a free, no obligation discovery call.
More than you'd think! Common tasks include email management, data entry, document creation, newsletter campaigns, client onboarding, and workflow improvements. But honestly, if there's something eating up your time, just ask. I'm always happy to learn new tools and take on tasks that make your life easier.
There are two ways to work with me. You can book one off or ad hoc pieces of work with no ongoing commitment, or sign up for a contract with a minimum of 3 months. The 3 month minimum allows us both to properly test working together and see real results. Either way, it's completely flexible to suit your business.
Not at all. I work entirely remotely and have supported clients from all over the UK and beyond. I spent four years running my business while travelling across Europe, so remote working is second nature. As long as we can jump on a call or send a message, location doesn't matter.
Confidentiality is something I take very seriously. I'm happy to sign an NDA before we start, and I use secure, trusted tools for file sharing and communication. Your data and your clients' data will always be treated with care.
Usually within 2 weeks of our discovery call in order to schedule around existing clients. Once everything is agreed and in place, standard practice is to start at the beginning of a calendar month. I'm currently accepting new clients, so get in touch and we'll go from there.
